Current Opening: User Experience Designer
Position Overview
The User Experience (UX) Designer will have primary responsibility for designing engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our suite of products. This will include all phases of the creative process starting with information gathering, conceptualizing the application user needs, wireframing the layout, storyboarding, creating mockups, final design and adjustments.
The UX Designer will work closely with product management, graphic artists and back-end engineers to create the best user experience possible. The UX Designer should understand UI and UX concepts in order to provide responsive design that incorporates feedback gathered from market validation, internal reviews and the technical team.
Responsibilities:
- Rapid concept development and prototyping
- Create visual site mapping/navigation
- Create wireframes and screen flows
- Create design comps accounting for multiple user and technology scenarios
- Present various aspects of the user experience to the development team and stakeholders
- Test designs against original comps, vision, interaction and usability
- Provide necessary assessments and bug lists to developers to insure design integrity is maintained
- Create style guides and manuals to allow for proper technical execution

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in building rich, interactive features with native JavaScript and AJAX
- 3+ years experience UI/UX usability design and designing web-based applications from conception

Data and Reporting Analyst
Position Overview
The Data and Reporting Analyst (DRA) is a supporting role to the Client Engagement Manager/Account Managers (CEM/AM). Data needs are for the INFORM® Learning System suite of applications. As client data and reporting needs are determined, the DRA is engaged by the CEM/AM to fulfill client needs. .
Responsibilities:
- Collect and review data from CEMs, AMs, and others
- Identify and resolve production data issues related to Teacher, Class, Student/re-roster data, assessment/student score data, reports and reporting data, and connector data
- Enter trouble tickets and service requests in the TeamTrack system to request Operations and DBA support
- Provide data and reporting support for service consulting engagements
- Proactively identify client data issues and suggest product improvements related to data
- Develop and share subject matter expertise in assigned product areas
- Contribute to the data tools and templates library and share them with clients and colleagues on consulting engagements
- Position is based in San Diego, CA
Qualifications:
- AA/BS degree in Computer Applications or a related field
- Knowledgeable about technology and education
- 1-2 years of related data experience
- Familiarity with data concepts, including ETL and SQL databases
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel/Access skills in data manipulation and reporting
- Ability to understand client reporting requirements and configure reports

Client Engagement Manager (CEM)
Position Overview
The Client Engagement manager is responsible for services delivery to assigned clients for the INFORM® Learning System and each of its four key components (Assessment, Reporting, Resources, and Community). Services are inclusive of any contractual deliverables including training, configuration, requirements gathering, and the project management of the implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Become a product expert on multiple modules of a complex, school enterprise software suite
- Participate in development of product documentation and a product certification program for new employees and partners, including documentation and training materials, plus an assessment
- Act as client/product champion, interfacing with all departments in the company
- Support sales and marketing efforts for products
- Deliver contracted client services including, but not limited to:
- Configure client navigation
- Prepare detailed implementation project management documents including:
- Project binder and conduct client meeting
- Detailed implementation project plan
- Implementation communications plan
- Roles and responsibilities matrix
- Develop and deliver customized or tailored training to meet client needs
- Engages the data analyst for data and reporting consulting
- Provide product feature and function consulting
- Engages the project manager to develop requirements for client custom projects
- Prepare internal and external client status reports
- Maintain regular and proactive contact with assigned clients
- Achieve a high renewal rate (90%+ of contracted students) and meet assigned revenue/upsell goals

Qualifications:
- BS degree in Business, Computer Applications or a related field
